Yes. When you upload your LOI, you select whether you want the analysis from the landlord or tenant perspective. The engine adjusts its benchmarks and recommendations accordingly, so the redlines reflect your position in the negotiation.

Issues are classified into four severity levels. Critical items pose significant financial or legal risk and need immediate attention. Major items represent unfavorable terms that should be negotiated. Minor items are improvements that would strengthen your position. Informational items are observations about the deal structure.
