CREagentic is a web platform for the document-heavy parts of commercial real estate: reviewing leases and letters of intent, reconciling operating expenses, building rent rolls and valuing properties.
It pairs AI agents that read and extract with analysis engines that compute. You upload a document or enter a property, the agent turns it into structured data, and the engines turn that data into figures, schedules and reports you can export.
How it works
AI does the reading
Agents read leases, letters of intent, operating statements and rent rolls, then return structured output you can check line by line. Every AI result is labelled as AI-generated and is meant for a professional to review.
Math is deterministic
Valuations, cash flows, CAM reconciliations and calculators run on engines with published methodology. The same inputs always produce the same numbers, and each analysis records the engine version that produced it.
Your documents stay yours
Uploads are screened, stored privately and processed only to produce your analysis. The privacy policy lists every subprocessor and what each one receives.
Show the work
Outputs cite the source clause, page or line they came from, so a reviewer can verify a figure without re-reading the whole document.
