Terms of Service

By accessing or using CREagentic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Accounts are limited to the number of concurrent sessions allowed by your plan. Account sharing across individuals is not permitted unless you are on a team or Enterprise plan.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle via Stripe.

Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then-current price for your plan, and your payment method on file is charged at each renewal until you cancel. You will see the renewal terms, the price and the billing interval before you confirm a purchase, and you must affirmatively accept them at checkout.

How to cancel: you may cancel at any time from Billing, using the Manage Billing portal, or by emailing support@creagentic.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. For annual plans we send a reminder email before the renewal date.

Price changes: we will give you at least 30 days notice by email before any price increase takes effect on your next renewal.

If payment fails, you will receive a notification and have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. After the grace period, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.

Prepaid AI credit packs are charged once, are non-refundable and do not expire while your account is open. There are no automatic overage charges.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses and consents needed to upload, store and process every document and data set you submit to the Service, including any personal information it contains, and that doing so does not breach any agreement, license or law.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

CREagentic uses artificial intelligence to analyze documents and generate outputs including valuations, lease abstracts, redlines, and reports. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal, financial, or investment advice.

All AI outputs are estimates and may contain errors. You are responsible for independently verifying any analysis before making business decisions. CREagentic is not a substitute for qualified professional advisors.

CREagentic retains all rights to the platform, software, algorithms, user interface, and documentation. You retain all rights to your uploaded data, documents, and the analysis outputs generated from your data.

We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not claim ownership of your documents or analysis results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREagentic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the total fees you paid to CREagentic in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the process described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
