Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use CREagentic to:

• Upload or process malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or other attacks against AI systems
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute API access without an Enterprise agreement
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Process data subject to specific regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA-protected health information) without appropriate safeguards
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades the Service for other users

CREagentic enforces rate limits to ensure fair access for all users:

• API requests are limited per minute and per day based on your plan tier
• AI analysis requests have separate, lower limits to manage compute costs
• Exceeding rate limits results in temporary throttling (HTTP 429 responses)
• Persistent abuse of rate limits may result in account suspension

CREagentic reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate this Acceptable Use Policy or our Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent billing or payment disputes in bad faith
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or internal systems
• Generate excessive load that impacts service availability for others
• Are reported for infringing third-party rights (after investigation)
